Shelby is a software service that syncs retail data across the platforms you connect, provides an AI assistant that can read and act on that data with your approval, and offers optional voice, email, and SMS features. By creating a workspace you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the credentials you connect and for the people you invite to your workspace. Role permissions (owner, manager, staff) exist so you can limit who can change stock, message customers, or manage billing — use them.
Your catalog, orders, and customer records belong to you. We process them only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy). You can export and delete your data at any time. Disconnecting a platform stops syncing immediately.
The assistant acts on live data and asks for confirmation before consequential actions, but AI output can be wrong. You're responsible for reviewing messages before approving them and for decisions made from assistant reports. Don't rely on the assistant for legal, tax, or financial advice.
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Credits reset each billing month; overage credits and voice minutes are billed in arrears at the published rates. You can change or cancel your plan any time from the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and your workspace drops to the free trial tier rather than being deleted.
Square, WooCommerce, Shopify, Meta, Google, Stripe, Brevo, Twilio, and ElevenLabs are independent services with their own terms. We're not responsible for their outages or changes, though we work to handle them gracefully.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales from sync errors — keep doing periodic physical counts.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
